Apple Watch subnet administration

Subnet math from your wrist.

ZeroNet Subnet Calculator helps admins, students, field technicians, and homelab builders calculate IPv4 subnet details, inspect binary and hexadecimal math, and share network setup notes when Wi-Fi or LTE is available.

Features

Numeric IPv4 Entry

Enter a dotted IPv4 address with a custom numeric keypad. Each octet is kept in the valid 0 through 255 range.

CIDR Mask Control

Choose /0 through /32 and instantly see the matching subnet mask, host capacity, and address boundaries.

Subnet Records

Review the network address, usable range, broadcast address, subnet mask, host count, and suggested gateway.

Binary Math View

See the 32-bit representation of the IP address, subnet mask, wildcard mask, network address, and broadcast address.

Hexadecimal Logs

Use compact base-16 values when comparing masks and subnet operations in troubleshooting notes.

Shareable Admin Notes

Share subnet calculations or device registration info through Apple system sharing when Wi-Fi or LTE is available.

Cool Stuff You Can Do

Check if an address is usable

Try an address like 10.2.13.255/24 and confirm that it is the broadcast address, not a normal device address in that subnet.

Build registration notes

Collect the fields a network admin usually needs: IP, CIDR, subnet mask, gateway suggestion, usable range, and broadcast address.

Learn bitwise subnetting

Use the binary log to see exactly how IP AND mask creates a network address and how network OR wildcard creates broadcast.

Troubleshoot on site

Use the watch app during rack work, Wi-Fi installs, lab exercises, or device setup when pulling out a laptop is inconvenient.

Example Calculation

10.2.13.255/24
IP Address 10.2.13.255
CIDR Prefix /24
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Network 10.2.13.0
Usable Range 10.2.13.1 - 10.2.13.254
Broadcast 10.2.13.255

Network = IP AND Mask
Broadcast = Network OR Wildcard

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

ZeroNet Subnet Calculator is an on-device Apple Watch utility for IPv4 subnet calculations, subnet education, and network administration notes.

Data Collection

The app does not collect, store, sell, rent, or track personal information. The developer does not operate user accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or a remote database for this app.

Subnet and Network Values

IP addresses, CIDR prefixes, subnet masks, binary logs, hexadecimal logs, gateway suggestions, and registration notes are calculated locally on the device. These values are not sent to the developer.

Connectivity Checks

The app may check whether Wi-Fi or LTE is available so it can warn you before presenting sharing options. This network availability status is used locally and is not transmitted to the developer.

Sharing

If you choose to share subnet logs or device registration notes, the app uses Apple system sharing features. The selected sharing destination, such as Messages or Mail, is handled by Apple or the chosen provider and is subject to that provider's privacy practices.

Third-Party SDKs

The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

The app is not designed to collect information from children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Retention and Deletion

Because the developer does not collect app usage data, there is no developer-operated retention period or deletion workflow for app data. Any information you share through another app is controlled by that selected app or service.

Contact

Privacy and support requests should be sent to support@world-biz.org.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the app's features or data practices change. The latest version should be posted on this page.
